Information we receive
When you contact us. Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company name and message. If you contact us separately by email, we also receive the details and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, discuss your enquiry and keep relevant business records. Please send only the information needed for the conversation.
When you visit. Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, device or browser information and traffic-routing data to deliver the site and protect it from misuse.
The contact form sends the information you enter to our enquiry service so we can respond. It includes a hidden field to help detect automated spam. The site has no account registration, checkout or newsletter signup. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated spam. It processes technical browser and network signals for that purpose. Email delivery uses Cloudflare Email Service and our business email provider.
Browser storage and cookies
When you choose a light or dark theme, the site saves that choice in your browser under nls-theme-v4. This preference is used only to remember the appearance you selected. It is not sent to us and stays until you clear the site's browser data or change the choice.
We do not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels or visitor-analytics scripts to this website. Cloudflare may use security cookies when a security challenge or bot-protection feature is active. See Cloudflare's cookie information for details.
You can clear or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Clearing the theme preference returns the site to its default dark appearance.
How information is used and shared
We use information to answer enquiries, discuss and provide agreed services, maintain necessary business records, keep the website secure and meet legal obligations.
We use service providers for website hosting, security and business email. They process information needed to perform those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary and lawful to protect people, our services or legal rights.
We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for targeted advertising.
Where information is processed
Cloudflare and our business service providers operate internationally. Information may be processed outside your province or country, including in the United States, and may be subject to the laws of those locations.
More information about Cloudflare's handling of website visitor information is available in its privacy policy.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and business information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including an ongoing business relationship, required records or resolving a dispute. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and limit access to people who need it for their work. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Your choices and requests
You can ask about the information we hold about you, request access or correction, ask us to delete information, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.
Send requests or complaints to the privacy contact listed above. We may need to verify your identity before providing personal information. If your concern is not resolved, you can contact the privacy regulator responsible for your jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where a change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
